Drawing inspiration from nature as a guide for conscious living is deeply rooted in Japanese culture. With “La vita è verde”, the penultimate episode in the “Oasi di Colore” series, with its distinctly oriental sounds, Paola Lenti invites us to focus on the importance of listening to and respecting nature, and of appreciating what we have, as pathways to living well and fostering harmony with ourselves and the world. As a primary colour, yellow is omnipresent in nature, radiating warmth, light, and an endless source of positivity.

The fourth episode of the series “Oasi di Colore” is dedicated to violet, a shade popularized by the Impressionists that used it to paint reflections in water, tree canopies, paths, and distant horizon.
With this, shadows transformed, moving beyond black and gray to capture sunlight’s colourful play. In Paola Lenti collections, colour experimentation combined with textile research has led to unique upholstery fabrics and materials. Many original shades of violet have contributed to creating furniture settings marked by vibrant chromatic harmony.
As apparel, hanging cloths, leaves, and sails dance in the wind, the atmosphere reveals its essence and true color: fresh air is violet!

“Le rosee dita” is the title of the third video of the “Oasi di Colore” series.

The arpeggio refers to the movement of the fingers which produce sounds by plucking the guitar strings. Even textile surfaces are the result of manual acts, involving craftsmanship and manufacturing knowledge that investigate production processes, materials and colours with no limits.

Research and development of multi-coloured yarns have led to the creation of fabrics that go beyond the established idea of covering and that pay homage to an approach to the outdoors that has been always setting new goals for thirty years. Inimitable hues, precious decorations, unprecedented fabrics define imaginative living landscapes.

A tribute to the colour of gentleness, grace and innocence.

“Oasi di Colore” is Paola Lenti’s new video series, where creative inspirations come to life through storytelling, sparking imagination, dreams, and fantasy. Through a symphony of colors and music, the series uses aesthetic and chromatic analogies to explore the emotions and associations each color evokes, unfolding across seven short videos. The second episode, titled “Sogni fucsia,” is dedicated to the color of energy, rhythm, and movement. Melodic phrases blend with graphic motifs in a lively interplay of notes and fuchsia brushstrokes. Domestic landscapes turn into realms of continuous discovery, while night metropolises shine as if lit by daylight. Threads, flowing unpredictably, act as dynamic elements, like roller skates gliding freely across a dance floor. Each surface becomes a creative field with endless possibilities.
